Lodge a request for one of our apartments here.

We’ll soon be in contact to confirm whether your specified dates are available and if so, will reserve the apartment for you accordingly.
A rental agreement will then be sent to you which you are required to sign and return to us via email, fax or post. 

Once the agreement has been signed by both the guest and the owner, the booking becomes binding.

A guest’s failure to arrive will result in them incurring 80% of the arranged apartment fee.

However, should we find a replacement guest for the same date(s), only 20% of the arranged fee will be incurred to the original client.
